Child injured by kite string in LahoreBreaking

A 10-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by a kite string in Lahore. The incident occurred in Valencia Town when the child was playing with his friends at L-Block in Valencia Town. The kite string caused injury to the neck of the child named Mustafa Afandi. The injured child was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where he was provided prompt medical treatment.

According to hospital administration, the child’s condition is now out of danger, and he was discharged later the same evening after receiving medical care. Injured kite-flyer escaped from hospital in Lahore A young man who was injured after a string was wrapped around his neck in the Gajumata area of Lahore escaped from the General Hospital.

The administration of the General Hospital confirmed the incident and said that all CCTV cameras were not working at that time. The hospital administration further revealed that the injured kite flyer had escaped due to fear. The local police are still trying to determine the jurisdiction of the police station in which the incident occurred. Police arrested 11 people from Shahdara Town and Ravi Road areas of Lahore who were selling kites without registration.

Police also recovered 1520 kites and 27 reels of banned chemical string were recovered from the possession of the accused. The operations were conducted in Shahdara Town and Ravi Road areas of Lahore. Police arrested six persons from Shahdara Town and recovered 900 kites and 17 reels of prohibited chemical string from their possession.
