A Gujranwala resident on Wednesday filed a complaint in a police station against his neighbours for killing his pet cat. According to details, the complainant demanded immediate arrest of his neighbour Bashir and his son Rashid for beating his pet cat with sticks which resulted in its death. He also claimed that the reason they killed the cat was because they detested cats. "I and my family are in tremendous sadness over the death of our cat," he said. The Ladhe Wala Warraich police have started an investigation on the request of the complainant.
