Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has said that his government has achieved another important milestone in the province’s history wherein 111 jobs in the Finance Department will be offered online 100% on merit and appointment letters will be issued within one hour of the test.In a post uploaded on his X platform account on Monday, CM Sarfaraz Bugti said dubbed it a major step by the Government of Balochistan towards good governance and a transparent recruitment system.

“Paperless, and purely on merit; this system will soon be implemented in other departments as well,” he added. The CM said online test will be taken from the candidates and there will be a transparent examination of the qualifications, and successful candidates will be issued appointment letters within an hour. “This reform system is being started from the Finance Department which will be implemented in all government jobs of the province in phases,” Bugti maintained. 

“I had already made a clear promise to the people of Balochistan that neither jobs will be sold nor corruption or nepotism will be tolerated,” he said and added “To fulfill this promise, the transparency system is being further strengthened in Balochistan.”The chief minister remarked merit, transparency and promises made to the people are the basis of our governance.
