A carriage of the Baba Bulleh Shah train derailed near 16-SP in Pakpattan on Wednesday, prompting railway authorities to dispatch technical teams to the scene. According to railway officials, the train was travelling from Lahore to Pakpattan when one of its carriages left the track.

Authorities confirmed that no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident. Railway officials said machinery and technical staff reached the site soon after the derailment and immediately began restoration work. Officials added that efforts were under way to repair the track and restore normal rail operations as quickly as possible.
