The anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi has sought response from the federal government and Adiala Jail administration on a petition moved by incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan seeking permission for a meeting with his sons. During the proceedings on Wednesday, the court sought response from the federation, Ministry of Interior and Adiala Jail administration on Khan’s plea requesting a meeting with his sons. Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing. In his petition, the PTI founder states that he wants to meet his sons Qasim and Sulaiman, arguing that this was his constitutional and legal right. He has requested the court that this family meeting be arranged at Adiala Jail.
