ATC orders Imran Khan's appearance in Judicial Complex attack caseBreaking

An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has ordered that PTI founder Imran Khan be produced at the next hearing in the Judicial Complex attack case, either physically or through video link, while taking action against several other PTI leaders in the case.ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case registered against Imran Khan and other PTI leaders in connection with the Judicial Complex attack. The judge directed authorities to ensure Imran Khan’s appearance before the court at the next hearing, either in person or through video link.

The court also declared former federal ministers Farah Habib, Hammad Azhar, Murad Saeed and Shibli Faraz proclaimed offenders and sought details of their properties. Meanwhile, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Punjab Assembly deputy speaker Wasiq Qayyum and PTI MPA Hassan Khan Niazi.The court adjourned further proceedings in the case until November 5. The case against the PTI leaders was registered at Ramna Police Station in Islamabad.
