At least 13 people were injured in a road accident near Ferozewala on Friday night. The accident took place when two rickshaws collided due to over-speeding. According to rescue officials, the rickshaws were carrying passengers when they collided head-on. The impact of the collision was so severe that the rickshaws were badly damaged. Women and children were among the injured. They were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are being treated. The cause of the accident is being investigated. However, police believe that over-speeding may have been a factor. This is the second road accident in the Ferozewala district in the last two weeks. On July 10, a bus collided with a car, killing four people and injuring several others. The recent spate of road accidents has raised concerns about the safety of road users in the district. Police have urged drivers to be more careful and to follow traffic rules. The district administration has also announced a series of measures to improve road safety, including speed limits and traffic enforcement.
