Pakistan Army has established four mobile health units in North Waziristan, equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities, including ECG, ultrasound, and various laboratory tests, aimed at providing optimal healthcare services to the residents. The units are providing standardized medical facilities to the doorsteps of the local population. The initiative commenced in the surrounding areas of North Waziristan, specifically Gardai and Shewa, with plans to expand coverage to other regions. The health units boast a team of specialized doctors, lady doctors, and paramedical staff to ensure the best possible medical care for the patients. North Waziristan local community expressed gratitude to the Pakistani military and the Medical Corps for their collaborative efforts. The units not only offer preventive measures and precautions against various diseases but also provide free medications to the residents.
