Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized 28 kg drugs and 9000 intoxicated tablets in three operations conducted in different areas and arrested an accused, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman here on Thursday. He informed that in an operation near Peshawar Haji Camp Bus Stand, ANF recovered 24 kg charras and four kg opium from a parcel being sent to Lahore.

In another raid at International Mail Office Rawalpindi, ANF recovered 242 grams weed from a parcel booked for London. He informed that in third operation at Karachi Pakistan International Container Terminal, ANF recovered 9000 intoxicated tablets from a container being sent to Dubai. ANF also arrested an accused resident of Karachi. Separate cases have been registered against the accused while further investigations are under process.
