Meanwhile, Senator Mushtaq Ahmed echoed Zafar's sentiments, demanding the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner over allegations of incompetence and bias. Ahmed criticized the Election Commission for purportedly failing to ensure transparent elections and accused it of facilitating a "fake government" through fraudulent practices. The session witnessed heated exchanges as senators expressed frustration over perceived electoral irregularities, signaling deep-seated concerns about the integrity of the democratic process in Pakistan.
