An addict youth gunned down his father for forbidding him to use drugs here, police said on Monday. According to details, Abdul Waheed 50, hailing from Basti Shah Abbas of Bahawalnagar exchanged hot words with addict son and warned him about drugs use. The enraged accused shot dead his father and fled the scene after committing murder. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and police after registering a case into the incident started raids to arrest the culprit.
