Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir has once again applied for medical leave, seeking approval from the Islamabad High Court. In a written request, he has expressed his desire for leave until his retirement on March 14. The Islamabad High Court has confirmed the receipt of the petition. This is not the first time Judge Muhammad Bashir has sought leave on medical grounds. However, in a previous instance, he withdrew his application after experiencing an improvement in his health. It is noteworthy that Judge Muhammad Bashir played a significant role in delivering the verdict on the Tosha Khana case involving the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
