Abdul Aleem Khan holds meeting with Saudi officials on investment agendaBreaking

Federal Minister for Investment, Privatization, and Communications Abdul Aleem Khan engaged in a comprehensive discussion on ongoing and future Pak-Saudi investment collaborations. The follow-up meeting included a detailed conversation with Saudi Arabia's Deputy Minister of Investments, Ibrahim Al Mubarak, to review potential joint ventures in the wake of the recent Saudi delegation's visit to Pakistan, says in media reports. During the session, Minister Abdul Aleem Khan expressed gratitude for the positive response from Saudi Minister of Investments Khalid Bin Abdulazir Al Falih regarding expanding bilateral investment opportunities.

Both sides discussed the Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and areas of mutual interest, agreeing to finalize actionable steps for investment initiatives. Saudi authorities extended an invitation to Minister Abdul Aleem Khan to attend the Saudi Arabia Expo on November 25-26, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's commitment to strengthening economic ties with Pakistan. The federal minister pledged all possible support to facilitate Saudi investments in Pakistan, emphasizing that the investment agenda would be pursued with measurable outcomes. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Farooq, and senior officials including the Federal Secretary Commerce and Secretary Privatization Commission, also participated in the virtual meeting, providing insights and furthering the commitment to drive investment results between the two nations.
