September 16, 2023

A recent survey by IPSOS Pakistan has found that 95 percent of Pakistanis are afraid of unemployment due to the country's current economic conditions. Only 5 percent of respondents expressed confidence in their job security. The survey also found that the rate of unemployment in Pakistan has increased significantly in the past year. 63 percent of respondents said that they or someone they know had lost their job in the past year. The survey also found that 99 percent of Pakistanis are struggling to buy basic goods, and 99 percent are not confident about purchasing a house or a car. 96 percent of respondents said that they do not have the ability to save and invest to meet their needs.

The survey's findings are a stark reminder of the economic challenges that Pakistanis are facing. The country is currently experiencing a high rate of inflation, which has made it difficult for people to afford basic necessities. The unemployment rate is also high, and many people are struggling to find jobs. The survey's findings also highlight the need for the government to take action to address the economic crisis. The government needs to create jobs, reduce inflation, and make it easier for people to afford basic necessities.
