March 07, 2026

As many as 15 Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed in two separate intelligence-based operations launched by the security forces personnel in Balochistan. Twelve terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khwarij were sent to hell during an intelligence-based operation launched in District Harnai. During another operation in Basima, three Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists were eliminated.

The operations targeted groups affiliated with Indian-backed proxies Tehreek-e- Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) terrorists, also referred to as Fitna al-Khwarij and Fitna al-Hindustan. According to an ISPR statement released on Saturday, during the operation in Harnai Pakistani forces effectively engaged the militants at their hideout. After an intense firefight, 12 Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed.

Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the hideout. A second operation took place in Basima District against Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists. The Army tracked the presence of militants and engaged them using mixed-caliber weapons. Three Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed in the encounter, with additional weapons and explosives seized.

The ISPR emphasized that sanitization operations were ongoing to eliminate any remaining foreign-backed terrorists in the region. These operations are part of Pakistan’s relentless counter-terrorism campaign, “Azm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee under the National Action Plan, aiming to remove foreign-supported terrorism from the country.
