President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, announced the success of the plan to enlist the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God to perform the circumambulation of arrival on the eighth day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah.The General President confirmed that the plan included the preparation of all entry and exit sites, paths, sites for organizing pilgrims, the mataf dish, the chapel of the two rak’ahs of the year of circumambulation, and the endeavor in its ground and first rounds, with studied participatory plans and efforts between the security and service authorities for this year’s Hajj season, amid a spiritual atmosphere full of security and faith, an integrated service system, and the harnessing of robots and artificial intelligence in Cleansing and sterilization operations, and distributing Zamzam water to pilgrims..The General President confirmed that no bottlenecks were detected in the Grand Mosque despite the millions of crowds, and there was a great flow of crowds flowing from all doors; This led to reducing congestion in the lower floors of the Grand Mosque.
And the General President continued, saying, “The Governance Agency has prepared a project to measure the satisfaction of pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques with the services provided in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque with the aim of continuous improvement of the service system in the Grand Mosque to ensure the provision of standard services to the guests of the House of God pilgrims and transform challenges into positive opportunities, stressing that the slogan of the General Presidency for Affairs has been applied The Sacred Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque from reaching and receiving the guests of Rahman and providing all services with operational excellence so that they can easily and easily perform their rituals in a healthy and safe environment and ensure their safety in order to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership – supported by God – in doing everything that would serve the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims.
