Medical consultation camp held marking 75 years of China-Pak friendshipBreaking

With the support of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, a free medical consultation event commemorating the 75th anniversary of China-Pakistan diplomatic ties is being held from March 30 to April 3 at Qihuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Center in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The event is organized by the Overseas Chinese Association of Pakistan, according to China Economic Net (CEN).

The free medical consultation event primarily serves Chinese citizens in Pakistan and local Pakistani residents, offering free routine health check-ups.

At the request of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, Qihuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Center distributed first aid kits provided by the embassy to each participating Chinese citizen.

A total of 100 such kits were distributed.

According to La Jielian, President of the Overseas Chinese Association of Pakistan and director of Qihuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Center in Pakistan, the center receives about 40 patients per day during the consultation period, “coming from all over Pakistan.”

Qihuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Center is one of the most prominent traditional Chinese medicine institutions in Pakistan.
