BEIJING (INP) Foreign leaders and heads of international organizations attending the third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum have arrived in Beijing one after another. Prime Minister Saita of Thailand, President Tokayev of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister Kakar of Pakistan, Sheikh Saud bin Sagar Al Qasimi, member of the UAE's Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, President Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, President Vladimir Putin of Russia, Prime Minister Mallaiane of Mozambique, President of Mongolia Khurilsukh, Vietnamese President Vu Van Xang, Argentine President Fernandez, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, and United Nations Secretary General Guterres, and President of the New Development Bank Rousseff have arrived by plane.

The Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum will be held from October 17 to 18 in Beijing. It is reported that representatives from more than 140 countries and 30 international organizations have confirmed their participation. The number of registered guests exceeds 4,000.
