BEIJING, Oct. 19 (INP): "The concrete steps taken by China over the past decade have promoted the concept of a global community of shared future that has advanced and pursued the opportunities of new development patterns for partner countries."  This was stated by Muhammad Zamir Assadi, Editor, China Desk & Director, International Department, Centry Media Group, Pakistan while attending the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) held here. The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) marks another important milestone in the process of jointly building the Belt and Road, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said at a press conference, calling the forum a "complete success." During the forum, a total of 458 outcomes were achieved, far more than the second BRF, Wang added.

While talking to China Economic Net, Muhammad elaborated on the remarkable contributions of BRI and CPEC over the past 10 years, spotlighting their roles in bolstering economic growth and enhancing the quality of life in Pakistan.  "BRI has emerged as a vivid example of building a global community of shared future that is widely benefiting the people of all partner countries," he further said. The Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative...  "It has become obvious that these kinds of initiatives led by China do not attach any kind of bloc politics, isolationism, protectionism and de-risking or de-globalization," the China watcher pinpointed.

Over the past 10 years, BRI has evolved from ideas into actions and from vision into reality.  By promoting BRI, China is pursuing modernization not for itself, but for all developing countries through joint efforts. So far, more than 150 countries and over 30 international organizations have signed Belt and Road cooperation agreements, with the initiative extending from the Eurasian continent to Africa and Latin America. Looking into the future, Muhammad anticipated that BRI partners will continue to unlock their potential, propelling comprehensive development forward.
