Islamabad, May 11 (INP): China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (CSCEC) signed a landmark contract with EMAAR Pakistan to construct a high-end Park Edge residential project in Karachi.  So far, CSCEC has delivered several landmark projects in Pakistan including the passenger terminal building of Islamabad International Airport, Centaurus mixed-use development in Islamabad, Arfa Kareem IT Tower in Lahore, PKM motorway and JF-17 technical buildings in Kamra. The collaboration with EMAAR Pakistan to construct a high-end Park in Karachi aims to elevate local residential quality and provide modern living facilities to the residents. Located at the heart of Pakistan's largest city, Karachi, the Park Edge project is a cutting-edge residential development that will set new standards in smart building, Gwadar Pro reported on Saturday.

With a total floor area of 208,700 square meters, the complex will be developed by EMAAR Pakistan, a subsidiary of Dubai-based EMAAR Properties, and constructed by CSCEC, a leading Chinese construction giant.   The project will feature twin towers of 43-storeys with a height of 152 metres.  These high-end residential towers will incorporate smart building systems to provide comfort, safety and convenience for residents. The business district in a skirt building, meanwhile, houses ancillary commercial facilities and fitness amenities. The Park Edge project is expected to be a major addition to the Karachi skyline, providing residents with brand new living spaces and world-class amenities.  The CSCEC's projects in Pakistan help to boost the local economy by creating job opportunities and attracting vast investments throughout the country in the property sector.
