China-Pakistan Youth Exchange Community distributes food itemsBreaking

March 26, 2025

China-Pakistan Youth Exchange Community (CPYEC) in support of local charity volunteers distributed vital food supplies and nutritional assistance to 200 struggling families across Quetta, helping ease food shortages during the holy month. Each relief package contained rice, flour, cooking oil, beans, sugar, and two cans of powdered milk—enough to sustain a family of six for a month.

The initiative aims to support vulnerable communities in Balochistan, Gwadar Pro reported on Wednesday. “No one should go hungry, especially in Ramadan,” said Ma Bin, head of the volunteer team. “This year, we’ve expanded our efforts to reach 1,800 families in Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, and Sindh. Our community kitchens also serve hundreds daily, including orphans and those in need.”

Alongside food distribution, the Pakistan Community Kitchen initiative provides hot meals for 200 people nightly in Islamabad, 600 in Sindh and regular dinners for nine orphanages during Ramadan. Local residents expressed deep gratitude. Bilal, a beneficiary from Quetta, said, “In tough times, such kindness gives us hope.” The relief effort is part of CPYEC's ongoing humanitarian programs in Pakistan. As Ramadan continues, the organizer pledged further support to strengthen solidarity with vulnerable communities across Pakistan.
