Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov said that the Netherlands had delivered US-made F-16 fighters to Ukraine. The aircraft, along with French Mirage jets, "will soon begin carrying out combat missions, strengthening our defence", Umerov said on Facebook.
