The United Jihad Council (UJC) has announce to support the strike call given by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on February 15 against the brutal measures being taken by Modi-led fascist Indian regime. The UJC in a statement issued in Muzaffarabad said India is committing the worst violation of human rights by taking away lands of Kashmiris and demolishing their houses in the name of anti-encroachment drive in the territory.

It said India is punishing the Kashmiri people for demanding freedom, although the struggle of the Kashmiri people is in line with the agenda of the United Nations. It said the fascist government of Narendra Modi is using bulldozers as a weapon against the Kashmiri people and destroying the houses, properties and other structures of common citizens. The Modi government is forcibly evicting the Kashmiris from their lands and attempts are being made to destroy the Muslim identity of the occupied territory.
