Two Indian forces personnel were killed in separate incidents in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, a Special Operation Group (SOG) man was killed during an attack amid an Indian forces’ cordon and search operation in the Majalta area of Udhampur district. Indian officials told the media that during the initial exchange of fire, the cop received a critical bullet injury. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The deceased has been identified as Amjad Pathan. Meanwhile, one youth was reportedly injured due to firing by Indian forces in the area. The cordon and search operation was continuing till the filing of this report. In another incident, an Indian Army Havildar of the 13 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry, identified as Zubair Ahmad, was killed in a landmine blast in the Putaha Khan Gali area of Kupwara district.
