The High Court of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir quashed the illegal detention of four persons who were booked under draconian law Public Safety Act (PSA). A bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar quashed the detention orders issued under the PSA against Manzoor Ahmed Ganai, Faizan Aijaz Mir, Aaqib Bashir Wagay and Mukhtayar Ahmed Butt. The court directed the authorities to release the detainees forthwith.
