DSP injured in fire at government residential property in SrinagarBreaking

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) sustained injuries in a fire that broke out at a government residential property in the Jawahar Nagar area of Srinagar on Tuesday.  According to Kashmir Media Service, the fire erupted in one of the residential quarters, prompting an immediate response from fire and emergency services. 

Fire tenders were rushed to the spot to contain the flames and prevent the blaze from spreading further.  The injured police officer, identified as DSP Hilal Ahmad of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries and the cause of the fire are still under investigation.  Authorities have cordoned off the area and initiated a probe into the incident. Further details are awaited as the situation develops.
