All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and other Hurriyat leaders and organisations in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have condemned the Hindutva priest Yati Narsinghanand for his sacrilegious remarks against Holy Prophet Hazart Muhammad (PBUP). According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued in Srinagar urged both the Kashmiri people and religious scholars to take to the streets after Friday prayers to vocally oppose the priest’s heinous comments. APHC leaders, including Farida Behanji, Zamruda Habib, Muhammad Haseeb Wani, Fayaz Hussain Jafari, Syed Sibte Shabbir Qumi, Ghulam Nabi War, Muhammad Aqib, Advocate Devender Singh, issued a statement in IIOJK condemning the ongoing pattern of religious hatred propagated by Hindu extremists in India. He specifically denounced recent comments made by Yati Narsinghanand, asserting that such actions warrant the strongest condemnation. He emphasized that due to the actions of Hindu extremists under the patronage of the BJP, no minority community in India feels secure.
