Relief teams of All Parties Hurriyat Conference distributed relief items to the earthquake victims of Türkiye and Syria on behalf of the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Hundreds of packets of relief items send by the APHC were distributed among the earthquake victims by the volunteers of Syed Ali Gilani Relief Team in different areas of Türkiye and Syria.

The APHC in a statement had announced the cooperation of the Kashmiri people in the relief operations in Türkiye and Syria. It said the Kashmiris are indebted to the people of Turkey and Syria because they have always remembered Kashmiris in their prayers and have always supported the Kashmiris in their resistance against Indian illegal occupation. Therefore, it is our duty to help them in this time of sorrow and grief, it said.

The statement said “Our great leaders and teachers Shaheed Syed Ali Gilani and Shaheed Ashraf Sehrai have always taught humanity and compassion.” Although India is trying to suppress our voices, our people are being martyred and imprisoned and the fascist Indian government is destroying our lands and homes, the statement said. But we are committed to humanitarian duties and nothing can stop us from doing so, it added.
