APHC condemns Modi regime for intensified raids, property seizures in IIOJKBreaking

December 24, 2025

All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the unabated search and frisking operations and illegal attachment of properties belonging to Kashmiri people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, while denouncing the attachment of the property of Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai and the arrest of Kashmiri youth under draconian laws in IIOJK as well as Kashmiri traders in India on fabricated charges, said that the lives of the oppressed Kashmiris have been left completely at the mercy of the brutal Indian occupation and the New Delhi-installed regime, led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.

The APHC said India is employing torture and black laws in a systematic and institutionalized manner in IIOJK, while its forces are brazenly involved in extrajudicial killings, harassment, torture, arbitrary detention, abuse and gross human rights violations across the territory.

He said the Hindutva-driven BJP regime, in collusion with its establishment, is committing heinous crimes including the killing of innocent civilians, termination of employees, seizure of properties and the use of notorious agencies such as the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) to raid the homes of freedom- and peace-loving Kashmiris, aimed at punishing them for demanding their legitimate right to self-determination as promised under UN resolutions.

The statement said the oppressed people of Kashmir have been enduring unspeakable atrocities at the hands of Indian forces for the past 78 years, and that thousands of Kashmiris, particularly youth, have perished in Indian armed forces–run interrogation centres during the last 37 years in IIOJK.

The APHC said Indian atrocities against Kashmiris have increased manifold since August 5, 2019, when the BJP government repealed the territory’s special status and imposed an unprecedented military siege in the internationally recognized disputed territory. The spokesman said the savagery of the Indian occupation forces in Kashmir has no parallel in recent human history and stressed that the time has come for the world to take serious notice of the fascist Indian forces and their installed regime’s brutalities in IIOJK.
