Chinese gadgets have captured the markets in Pakistan due to their affordability, durability and exceptional features. Chinese gadgets boast innovative features, marvelous designs and economical rates, thus attracting customers. Babar Abbas, who creates content for social media platforms, said he needed affordable equipment like camera, mic, tripod, and lights, so he chose Chinese gadgets for their cost effectiveness and exceptional quality, which helped him to earn good money. Misbah Bibi, a resident of a village located on the Jhang Road, told WealthPK that she had started her cooking channel with the help of Chinese gadgets, and hopefully she would start earning after the channel was monetised. She said Chinese gadgets were helping her a lot in recording her videos. Misbah also plans to put garments on sale through her channel and other social media platforms.

Ahad Khan, an e-commerce store owner, said he had set up a studio to grab images and record videos of his products. He said everything from lighting to tripods was made in China. “I received quotations from different people to set up a studio and the cost was very high, which baffled me a lot. However, one quotation resolved my financial issue as the vendor suggested that I install Chinese items in my studio,” he said. He said Chinese items available at affordable rates helped him establish a good studio.“You can check the rates of different gadgets, including smartphones and all sorts of other devices, on the market, and you will find Chinese products affordable, durable and innovative,” Ahad said. Naveed Ahmed, a trader, said Chinese products were helping and empowering people.

He said his shop dealt in Chinese gadgets due to their growing marketability and demand. He said Chinese gadgets have decent prices, unique features and styles, thus making them popular among people. He said Chinese mobile phones feature high-resolution cameras, advanced software and their prices are competitive. “These phones and other gadgets are easy to operate,” he said, adding people were enhancing their social media presence and experience with such products by capturing stunning videos. Ahmed said editing and connectivity were the prime targets of every social media creator and Chinese devices were supporting them a lot. He said social media enthusiasts were very much happy with these gadgets. Apart from gadgets, he said Chinese fitness trackers, smart watches, rings and other items were also getting popular.
