“No deal, no surrender—it is liberty or death.” Imran Khan made it ClearBreaking

April 15, 2026

Imran khan has now been in jail for 980 days, and both his party and family say that he is not getting even the most basic things that every prisoner should get. His sisters have been trying to see him all the time, but they say they haven't been allowed to do so.

There are also claims that Imran Khan's right eye vision has gotten worse, and that he is not being allowed to see his own doctors for treatment, even though he is sick.

Reports say that things have gotten so bad that legal documents that need Imran Khan's signatures can't be processed. His lawyer, Khalif Yousaf Chaudhry, came back empty-handed for the third time today without getting the signatures he needed. After three hours of waiting, jail officials said they couldn't find the legal papers in their files, even though they had been sent to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail on April 7 by TCS. Online tracking shows that the papers were delivered to the jail on April 9.

This raises the question: where did the documents go?

People are calling these actions "deliberate delaying tactics" that are meant to let the deadline for Imran Khan's appeal pass. This isn't just about one case; it makes me very worried about the honesty of the whole justice system.

Aitzaz Ahsan said, "Extreme injustice is being done to Imran Khan," even though his sisters have been fighting for him since day one. I salute his sisters for being so brave in their fight.

Aleema Khan, on the other hand, says that Imran Khan has been kept in solitary confinement for six months in very bad conditions. She also said that the judges in charge of his cases are not doing their jobs and are instead making sure that hearings don't happen.

According to her, Imran Khan has made it clear that the judiciary is no longer independent and is acting as a tool of the government. He has also reportedly stated firmly: “No deal, no surrender—it is liberty or death.”

The situation with Imran Khan makes me very worried about justice, openness, and basic rights. The constant problems, claims of abuse, and delays in the legal process make the system seem less reliable.

If these allegations are accurate, this situation transcends the individual, evolving into a comprehensive evaluation of the rule of law and institutional integrity.
