RIYADH, Jan 14 (INP): Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday that distance learning for all stages of public education will continue for the second term of the academic year. The continuation applies to general education, university education as well as technical training, the ministry said. According to Arab News that the Students will continue with distance learning until the end of the tenth week of the second term, following the success of distance education during term one and in light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the statement said. The school day for primary school students will start at 3 p.m. and at 9 a.m. for secondary school students. University and Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) students studying theoretical courses will continue with remote learning whilst students of practical and training courses will attend in person.
