All cases considered by labor courts to be file directly via Najiz portal

RIYADH, Jan 20 (INP): The Saudi Ministry of Justice has said that it has made it possible to file all cases that are considered by the labor courts directly via the Najiz portal (najiz.sa), after completing the procedural requirements for each type of them.
The spokesman of the ministry in a statement issued in Riyadh stated that filing labor lawsuits directly through the Najiz portal helps reduce the litigation time and raise the quality of outputs.
He said that that it would also ensure that the lawsuit is properly filed, the speed and ease of accepting the completed case, and the completion of all the basic requirements for accepting the case, in order to raise the effectiveness of the first session.
The spokesman said, all enforcement courts are now fully connected through the enforcement e-system. “From the comfort of your home, you can file a claim and follow the e-litigation steps provided by Saudi ministry of justice on http://Najiz.sa portal”, the spokesman maintained.
