Al-Malikey greets Zaheer Baber on his appointment as PAF chief

ISLAMABAD, March 17 (INP): Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Pakistan, Nawaf Saeed Al-Malikey has congratulated Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Baber on his appointment as Chief of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). In a tweet on Wednesday, Al-Malikey said, “It is my pleasure to my brother, His Excellency Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Baber, who has been appointed Commander of the Pakistan Air Force to succeed Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar. My best wishes for success.” Zaheer Ahmad Babar joined the air force back in 1986 as fighter pilot and has discharged his duties as head of fighter squadron, an operational airbase and regional air commander.
