APHC leaders, others mourn Maulan Noushhari’s deathBreaking

All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leaders and organisations have paid rich tributes to Maulana Ghulam Nabi Noushhari, a prominent leader of Jamaat-e-Islami of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, who passed away in Islamabad, Pakistan, on Monday. According to Kashmir Media Service, jailed senior APHC leaders including chairman, Massrat Alam Butt, Shabir Ahmed Shah, Nayeem Ahmed Khan and Aiyaz Akbar in their separate massages from Tihar Jail ,India, have expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Maulana Nowshahri. While extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, they paid tributes to his life long struggle and sacrifices for the ongoing freedom struggle.

They said Nowshahri was a man of honesty and integrity, who fearlessly advocated for Kashmiris’right to self-determination. Other APHC leaders including Prof Abdul Ghani Butt and Agha Syed Hasan Al-Musawi Al-Safavi in their separate statements issued in Srinagar also expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of Maulana Noushhari. They praised Maulana Nowshari’s unwavering dedication to the freedom movement, saying his services will always be remembered by the Kashmiri people. The statements extended condolences to the bereaved family and Jamaat-e-Islami, praying for the deceased to be granted a place in Allah’s mercy and Jannat al-Firdous.
